I want to give some props to the folks over at Shareable for writing about this (and to MadDog for bringing it to our attention). And yes, you did read that headline correctly. The town of Hull, WI wants to outlaw biking and walking.

For those who don’t know, Bar 169 is like the unofficial clubhouse for this bike gang. Or anyway, it’s where we get our dumplings. So when I saw this rig getting wheeled out of there the other night, I immediately had two thoughts:

Sweet Rack! UPDATE
